If any of the contacts on the Demographics Page need to be updated notify the Supplier Lead/Catcher and they can make the updates in the source systems. The updates will not show in the scorecard until the following Sunday.

No. The Alltogather Supplier Scorecard will be the only supplier scorecard generated by the Aircraft Group.

The Suppliers Scorecard is only accessible by individuals who receive the weekly link for that supplier and by Moog users of the Alltogather Portal.

Every Sunday the data that drives the calculations for the Scorecard is refreshed. No other changes throughout the week will impact the scorecard metrics.

The Supplier Lead/Catcher must complete the New Supplier form and submit it to CustomerService@proactive4.com and Ben Marthia (bmarthia@moog.com).

The Supplier Scorecard will be available for all suppliers. While updating the portal is not a requirement to see the Scorecard it is strongly encouraged.

Yes. Additional metrics are being reviewed for inclusion in the Alltogather Scorecard and as the current metric calculations continue to evolve any changes will be reflected in the Alltogather Scorecard.

The ▲ and ▼ indicate the relationship between the current OTD and DPPM scores and the rolling 7 month average. The ▲ shows an improvement in score while the ▼reflects a deterioration. The = reflects no change.

Scorecard data can be downloaded by clicking on the "Download Excel: link in the Support bubble on the scorecard.
